Search criteria

Tulip Capital Partners is always interested to meet with parties that would like to sell a company. We are looking for companies with one or more of the following characteristics:

Geography

• Companies that are based in The Netherlands.

Industry

• Industries that have the potential for an international rollout, i.e., possibilities to sell the company's products and services in adjacent markets (e.g. Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, France).
• Industries that are relative dynamic, with possibilities to buy and sell companies or assets, and provide expansion and exit opportunities

Company operations

• Businesses that need additional management capabilities.
• Companies with existing sales from its current products
• Companies where labor costs can potentially be reduced, e.g. by outsourcing production to India or by application of information and communication technologies
• Companies that need no major investments in assets or R&D to enable further growth
• A company with a product or service offering that does not require thorough technical knowledge.

Sales

• Companies with an annual sales level between €2 million and €25 million
